You Tube Symphony

You Tube is now sponsoring a contest called Symphony. It’s, I guess, an evolution of music and modern-age Internet tools.

  1. Get a famous composer to write a piece of music.
  2. Invite the world to perform the work; practice it.
  3. Submit yourself playing the work.
  4. Win? Join a major orchestra in the live performance of this work.

They give you the sheet music, and they even give you composer Tan Dun in video conducting, so you can follow the master composer.
